1. How can I become a Gold member?
To become a Gold Member when registering pick GOLD under membership type. If you are already registered as a basic member then you can upgraded to gold membership by clicking the green link “Upgrade Membership” this link is to the left of the page. Your application for gold membership remains pending until you make payment and your request approved.
2. Benefit of been a Gold Member
As a Gold Member you have access to facilities that are restricted from basic members.
a. You get a sub website where you can advertise your business products & services. We give you a VMAXX web address.
b. As a gold member when users search businesses under your category your business name comes first.
c. Advertise products for sale FREE. You can upload pictures of products under Auction or Display and let people find you. A gold user made a commission of 236,000 Naira selling a product on our site. Hey!! You can do better.
d. Network with other businesses locally & internationally and reach out to people on our website, advertising your business and products to them.
e. We are integrating a recruitment system whereby GOLD members can post job openings on our site and get the best people to work for you
f. As a gold member you have the power to rate other users and write comments about them. So you are always sure to get the best service on our site.
g. You get a sound reputation as a gold member as most local and foreign users prefer to deal with gold members on the site.
3. How do I pay for Gold Membership?
You can pay for GOLD membership online by clicking upgrade and fill in the payment details on our interswitch payment gateway, alternatively, make payment at any GTB bank stating your USERNAME on the teller into (VMAX Net Services, A/c No: 223-866533-110). Please remember to specify your user name on the payment voucher. Once payment is made we will call you on phone to discuss your requirements.
4. Do I have to pay to list an item on your site?
As a registered member you can list an item on the website without making any payment. However, gold member’s items get sold faster and so we advise you upgrade to GOLD. It’s just 5,000 per annum for individual and 10,000 per annum for businesses.
5. What is forward auction?
This refers to the highest bidder for a product listed on the site. You upload your product and people start bidding for it and the highest bidder at the end of the bid pays for the item.
6. What is reverse auction?
Reverse Auction is a listing for the lowest bidder for a product or service been requested on our site, however, the right for reverse auction is reserved for gold members only.
7. What is display?
This is a system whereby products listed on the website can only be viewed by potential buyers and if they are interested they contact the seller directly with the displayed phone number or email them on the site. This does not entail bidding.
8. How do I report abuse and make complaint?
